Final costs are determined by actual time, labor, mileage, equipment, and services performed on move day.
A $150 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your move.
This fee will be applied toward your final balance.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move time to avoid additional charges.
The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the move.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, or credit/debit card (3%β3.5% processing fee applies).
Customer must ensure safe access, clear walkways, and available parking/loading zones at both origin and destination.
Any delays caused by limited access (stairs, elevators, parking issues, etc.) may result in additional charges.
Customer is responsible for securing valuables, documents, money, and fragile items unless properly packed and disclosed.
Standard services include loading, transport, and unloading of household goods.
Disassembly/reassembly of furniture is offered when requested but may extend service time.
Specialty/heavy items (pianos, pool tables, safes, antiques, oversized appliances, etc.) must be disclosed in advance and may incur additional charges.
Long carries (over 75 feet) or additional flights of stairs not disclosed at booking may result in surcharges.
My Guy Movers provides Basic Valuation Coverage ($0.60 per pound per article) at no additional cost, as required by law.
This is not insurance, but limited valuation protection.
Optional full-value insurance may be purchased by the customer prior to move day through a licensed third-party provider:

My Guy Movers is not liable for items packed by the customer, pre-existing damage, or damage due to inherent vice (natural condition of an item, e.g., fragile veneer, weak joints).
Any damage or loss must be reported in writing within 7 days of the move.
Photos and supporting details must be provided for review.
Claims will be processed according to valuation coverage selected.
My Guy Movers is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, or other conditions beyond our control.
In the event of an unforeseen issue, rescheduling will be accommodated at the earliest availability.
My Guy Movers operates as a licensed and insured household goods carrier, under NextLevel Enterprise, LLC.
We are not liable for loss or damage of:
Cash, jewelry, documents, or other valuables not properly disclosed.
Items packed by the customer in boxes, bins, or containers.
Items with pre-existing damage or fragile condition.
My Guy Movers reserves the right to refuse transport of hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal substances, or unsafe items.
All services are performed in good faith and in accordance with PUCO and FMCSA household goods moving regulations.
