Cancellation Policy

A $250 cancellation fee will apply if services are refused upon arrival. This fee covers the time, labor, and resources allocated to your scheduled move, including crew dispatch and travel.

To avoid this fee, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled move time.

For last-minute or same-day (urgent/on-the-fly) moves, modified cancellation terms and additional service fees may apply due to expedited scheduling and crew dispatch.
